These terms govern your use of the website at **eventiq.io**, including its guides, tools such
as the Event ROI Calculator, the blog, the forms on the site, and the meeting-booking pages at
**eventiq.io/book** (together, the "Site"). The Site is operated by EventIQ, LLC ("EventIQ",
"we", "us").

By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

These terms do not govern the EventIQ product once you become a customer. That relationship
is governed by the customer agreement you sign with us, which takes precedence over these
terms for anything it covers.

## 1. Who may use the Site

The Site is intended for people acting on behalf of a business or organisation. You must be
at least sixteen years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the Site
on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

## 2. Booking a meeting

The booking pages let you choose a time and reserve a meeting with a member of the EventIQ
team.

**What happens when you book.** We reserve the slot in our calendar, create a Microsoft Teams
meeting, send you a confirmation with the joining link, and send reminders a day before and
an hour before. If you add colleagues, they receive the calendar invitation and a copy of
the confirmation. All of this is described in detail in our [Privacy Policy](https://eventiq.io/md/privacy).

**Your information must be accurate.** Give us a working email address that you control and
your real name. If we cannot reach you, we may cancel the meeting.

**Colleagues.** If you add other people's email addresses, you confirm that you are entitled
to share them with us for this meeting and that they will not mind being invited. Do not add
people who have not agreed to attend.

**Cancelling and rescheduling.** Use the link in your confirmation email. It works until the
meeting ends. Bookings you did not intend to make should be cancelled promptly so that the
time is available to someone else.

**Our right to change or cancel.** A booking is a reservation of time, not a commitment to
provide any product, service, price or outcome. We may reschedule or cancel a meeting — for
example because of illness or a calendar conflict — and will tell you by email if we do. We
may also cancel bookings that look automated, duplicated, or made under a false identity.

**Limits.** To keep the calendar usable for everyone, the booking pages limit how many
bookings can be made from one address or email in a short time. Attempts beyond the limit are
refused, not queued.

**No fee.** Booking a meeting through the Site is free of charge.

## 3. Website content and tools

**Content is general information.** Guides, comparisons, calculators and blog posts on the
Site describe how event measurement works and how EventIQ approaches it. They are provided
for general information and are not accounting, legal, tax or investment advice. Figures we
quote about other products are drawn from those companies' public materials at the time of
writing and may be out of date.

**Calculator results are estimates.** The Event ROI Calculator and similar tools compute
illustrative figures from the values you enter and from assumptions we state on the page.
They are estimates, not forecasts, and they do not take your specific circumstances into
account. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for a decision.

**Your own judgement.** You remain responsible for decisions you make on the basis of Site
content.

## 4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

- use scripts, bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the Site, submit forms or
  make bookings, except for search engines indexing public pages in accordance with our
  `robots.txt`;
- attempt to bypass rate limits, App Check, or any other protective measure;
- probe, scan or test the Site for vulnerabilities without our prior written permission
  (write to us first; we welcome responsible disclosure);
- submit false, misleading or offensive information, or impersonate another person or
  organisation;
- book meetings you do not intend to attend, or make repeated bookings to block our
  calendar;
- interfere with the Site's operation or with other people's use of it;
- use the Site for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or block access for anyone who breaks these rules, and may cancel any
bookings they made.

## 5. Intellectual property

The Site and everything on it — text, graphics, logos, layouts, calculators, code — belong to
EventIQ or to our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may
view the Site and print or save pages for your own reference. You may quote short excerpts
with attribution and a link to the source page. You may not otherwise copy, republish,
frame, sell or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.

"EventIQ" and the EventIQ logo are our trademarks. Other product names on the Site belong to
their respective owners and are used only to identify those products.

## 6. Embedding

The booking pages may be embedded in a frame only on eventiq.io. Embedding them elsewhere is
blocked by the Site and not permitted.

## 7. Feedback

If you send us suggestions or feedback about the Site or about EventIQ, you allow us to use
them without restriction or payment. We will not attribute them to you without permission.

## 8. Third-party services

Meetings take place on Microsoft Teams, and calendar invitations are delivered by Microsoft
365. Your use of those services is subject to Microsoft's terms. The Site also links to other
websites; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

## 9. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, including the
booking pages, without notice. We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee it,
and we are not liable for any period during which it is unavailable.

## 10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we
disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy and
availability. Nothing on the Site is a promise about the features, performance or pricing of
the EventIQ product; those are set out only in a customer agreement.

## 11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EventIQ and its members, officers, employees and
contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive
damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or connected
with your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims connected with
the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or
liabilities. In those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the greatest extent the law
allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

## 12. Indemnity

If your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site causes a claim against us by a
third party, you agree to indemnify us against the resulting losses and reasonable costs.

## 13. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our [Privacy Policy](https://eventiq.io/md/privacy), which forms
part of these terms.

## 14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to
its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or the Site that cannot be
resolved between us will be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in
the State of Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this
section deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection rules of the place
where you live, if any apply.

## 15. General

**Changes.** We may update these terms. The current version, with its effective date, is
always at eventiq.io/terms. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the
new terms.

**Entire agreement.** These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you
and us about the Site, and replace any earlier terms.

**Severability.** If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in
effect.

**No waiver.** Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.

**Assignment.** You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours as
part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
